New Covid-19 Policy Changes
Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily limiting the number of daily appointments. The health and safety of our clients and staff is very important to us.
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.
Masks will be required for the duration of the session. I will also be wearing a mask during each session. If you are unable to wear a mask, I ask that you wait to book an appointment until it is safer.
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. For children, one parent is allowed to the appointment.
Please stay in your car until your appointment time and only arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
For the foreseeable future, prepayment will be required to limit transfer of cards. I have several options available.
A COVID-19 Liability Waiver will need to be filled out an signed at each session before receiving treatment. You and download it here.
Once you enter the building, you will be required to wash your hands in the sink before entering the treatment room.
The Day of your Appointment MFR
A full body assessment is performed looking for areas of restrictions and checking proper body alignment, posture and range of motion. Gentle, sustained pressure is applied directly to skin without use of any oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect facial restrictions and apply appropriate pressure to facilitate the release. The pressure is applied for a minimum of five minutes, allowing the restricted area to rehydrate, restoring viscous flow and elongation.
Please wear exercise clothes for each session. For women, sports bra and underwear or loose fitting shorts. Men wear loose jogging type shorts. All work is done directly on the skin.
Please refrain from use of lotions/oils the day of your appointment.
Cancellations, Missed and Late Appointments
Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. Except in emergencies, appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
If you are late for your appointment, sessions will begin when you arrive and end at the normal scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please call to see if rescheduling is necessary.
Prepayment is required. You may book online or text your appointment request to 512.789.9025 and an invoice will be sent for prepayment.
Session package payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to friends or family.
